1. Lakeside

Every tourist’s first place to go would be Lakeside where you can find stunning view of Phewa Lake. Hindu Religious temple,Tal Bahari is located in the middle of the lake which seems to be an island. Visitors can visit the temple by boat so it would be another exciting moment for every tourist visiting the city. 2. Davi’s Fall

Davi’s Fall is a waterfall located at Chhorepatan. It has it’s length of 500 feet and 100 feet below ground level. The best time to visit Davi’s Fall is from June to September where you can get majestic view of the waterfall. Locally it is known as ‘PATALE CHANGO’’ which gives meaning of Underworld’s Waterfall. The name Davi’s Fall was taken from a Swiss couple, where a woman drowned into a sinkhole due to overflow. Following her father’s request to name it after her daughter, it was named Davi’s Fall. Exit water from Davi’s fall passes through the Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave which is located opposite to it and also is another best place to visit.

3. Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave

Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is holy place for hindu’s. Lord Shiva is worshiped in the cave. It is said the cave was discovered in the 16th century and while discovering the cave, an object resembling Lord Shiva was found and the cave was declared a sacred place. The cave is also the longest cave in Nepal which measures about 2950m.

4. Peace Pagoda

Peace Pagoda known locally as ‘Shanti Stupa’ is located at height of 1100 on Anadu Hill. Nipponzan-Myōhōji constructed it as a symbol for peace in 1947. The striking view of Phewa Lake, Annapurna Mountain Range and Pokhara city can be observed from peace pagoda Also It is goto place for locals in order to find peace and refreshment. You can reach Peace Pagoda by bus or taxi. Also many people prefer hike to reach there.

5. Shiva Statue

Magnificent Statue of Lord Shiva was constructed in late 2021 which is located at Pumdikot, Pokhara. It is the tallest Statue of Lord Shiva in Nepal measuring 51 feet tall. It is located at an altitude of 1500m above sea level. Hindu Devotees visit here to worship Lord Shiva. You can reach here just 20 minutes hike from Peace Pagoda.

6. Bindabasini Temple

Bindabasini Temple is the temple for goddess Bindabasini who is the incarnation of goddess Kali. It is located in Miruwa and is one of the oldest temple in Pokhara Valley. Many of hindu devotees visit here to worship goddess Bindabasini. Along with Bindabasini Temple there are Ganesh Temple, Shiva Temple, Radha Krishna Temple, Saraswati Temple and Hanuman Temple in the premises.

7. Sarangkot

Sarangkot is the hill which lies 1600m above the sea level. It’s famous for providing a stunning view of the Annapurna Mountain Range. Also People can get breathtaking Sunrise and Sunset view from Sarangkot. So People do early morning hike for their refreshment and for mind blowing view they can get.

8. Mahendra Cave and Bat Cave:

Mahendra Cave is located at Batulechaur, Pokhara. Named in honor of the late King Mahendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev, who personally visited the cave in the 1950s, the cave holds a significant historical connection.. It is a cave of limestone with fascinating rock formation.

Bat Cave is located near Mahendra Cave which is also a limestone cave. As name suggests Bat Cave has a large number of bats so visitors visit inorder to observe bats hanging into the cave’s ceilings.
