  • First of all click Here to get the official website of Inland Revenue Department (IRD).
  • Observe there and find “Services” tab then click on the “TAX-Payer Portal” Link.
  • Click on the “Registration (PAN, VAT, EXCISE)” tab under “Online E-services” section on the left-hand side. While doing so, click on the “+” sign button to expand the vertical menu.
  • Then find the “Application for Registration” tab then click it.
  • Now you can get a ragistration form at the main sreen.
  • Fill the form correctly without any mistake and then choose the IRD office near your location in “Verifying Offices” section.
  • Then click on the ok button then you will get submittion number. Instantly note it down.
  • If you got your submittion button once then click on the “Continue button.”
  • Then finally you will get the PAN Cred application e-form on your screen.
  • Fill the e-form slowly without making mistake in Nepali language (Nepali Unicode) and also compulsorily upload your photo and the document which is asked you to upload.
  • Then Click on “Save” Button. it is because if you found any suspecious mistake then you will reedit it. and for this you will need your username, Password and the submission number.
  • Click on the “Submit” button. (Note: Don’t forget to click on “Print” buton)
  • After getting the printed copy of the submitted pan you need to visit the IRD office with:
    • copy of the applicant’s citizenship certificate
    • two passport size photos
    • any authentic identification document or citizenship certificate in case of foreigners
  • Then Submit your application form in IRD office
  • At last IRD office will verify your details to give you a PAN Card.

Now, you can get you PAN Card from the IRD office. It can take 1 minute to upto an hour depending upon the number of the applicants.
